For deliveries within the Netherlands, we utilize PostNL & DHL parcel delivery services. However, for international shipments, the carrier may vary depending on the destination country. While we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, you will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched. Please utilize this Track & Trace information for updates on your delivery status.
It’s important to be aware of potential import taxes that may apply in certain countries. Any applicable import costs will be invoiced to the customer accordingly.

At The Hantler, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an order. Whether the product didn’t meet your expectations or for any other reason, we want to make the process as smooth as possible for you. Here are the details of our return policy:
Non-Personalized Products: You have a 30-calendar day cooling-off period to cancel your order for non-personalized products, starting from the day after you receive the product. During this time, please handle the product and packaging with care, only inspecting the product as you would in a store.
Cancellation and Return Process: If you decide to cancel your order within this period, you have 14 days to return the product to us. Once we receive the returned product in its original condition and packaging, we will reimburse you for the order amount, excluding shipping costs. Please note that we cannot reimburse payments until we have received the returned product.
Return Shipping Costs: The costs associated with returning the product are the responsibility of the consumer.
Personalized Products: Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products, and therefore, they are exempt from our return policy.
Refunds: We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned product in good condition.
